Cimex advertised 1500-2000 sq ft per hr. BUt, I think thats a bit of a stretch. If you got dirty carpets (which it probably is)....Then its most likely to take a bit longer.

I cleaned a 2850sq ft commercial building....pretty clean already except for 1 coffee stain. I did a pre vac and post vac...plus mex...1 1/2 hours.
but it was very clean... |

A cimex will work but allow 2 hours at least. Cimex = 1500 to 2000 sq ft per hour
