Help with urine

Hey all..quick question. I work in a long term care facility and have a residents room that is a major restoration project. I have totally saturated the carpet with an enzymated pre spray (Deodorized) and covered with plastic for 8 hrs. I have removed the plastic to air dry and let the digesters do their thing. My question is, do I pre spray the carpet again with the deodorizer, or do I use a regular prespray as there is a fairly dark stain where the urine was saturated over a period of time. I used a black light first, and removed all the urine except for the stain that has remained. Any help that anyone can offer is greatly appreciated. If this forum can't help me...no one can!!!

How about diarrhea............................................. That even goes through a diaper, and pants and then down the leg..................but it just stops short of the carpet

Very hard to totally remove the stain on one sitting. I would use the water claw even on carpet tile and flush and flush.
I would post pad with one of these nano micelles that are being sold as Enviro. Usually takes care of the remnants.
