If you clean them before they look dirty, the soil level will remain very low

I have white berber.  Every 3 months, when I can see any hint of soiling I am on it.  So I know what you mean there lowprofile.

Yep, you can tell your wife and priest how wrong the customer might be but in his/her home it is their rules, their view of the world that matters.  If they say the world is flat and the sky is polka dots, that is just the way it is.
