Even if there really was a " Titan " who wants anything built in Asia, they make crap. The Pelican is made in Switzerland and anything they build last forever.

Are 4 jets on a wand better than two?

About the same. 2 are best for 12" wide or less, and 4 are best to go on 14" wands.Cant properly cover the width with 2 jets.

I am still not sure about the best method in this area rug low cost venture. I want their rug to look better and for them to be happy, on the other hand the wand method looks like it could be back breaking. There are so many items on the market claiming to do things it is hard, and risky, to try something. It reminds me off the pocket fisherman. What about this jetless rotary extraction? Looks easy on the back, few passes over the poly rug, vac, shrink wrap it and on to the next one? Any ideas would be well recieved. This has to be a reliable method as well. If it goes down, I have rugs piling up.

Most reliable is still a clothsline and a broom for beating the rugs. It does not quit to you do.

That said, get a wand for back-up but get a RX20 for cleaning them for you. It is still the most reliable of all rotarys out there and will outclean a wand in both results and consistancy.

Thanks for the advice. You are up early over there. Will the rdm model work? Looks a little lighter? Will it clean an 8x10 poly area rug faster, cheaper, than a wand? And will it also do other fibered area rugs?

RDM will not clean anywhere near as well. It cleans surfaces only, not deep down.

RX20 will clean them faster than a wand? How fast 8x10 compared to wand?
Thanks,
The Breeze

At least 2X faster if you are cleaning them to a quality clean because you have to go over many more time with a wand. Your arms get tired, but the RX20 doesn't. The more you clean, the more the difference in time is going to be. For the amount of rugs you are cleaning, I wouldn't go any other way.

I am concerned that this RX20 may have some trouble with the fact that it is an area rug and not held down, there is also an issue with getting up to the outer edges?
Maybe the RV360?
