I'm hoping someone maybe knows the answer to this. I've tried finding the answer myself but never seem to get a straight answer.
We have a lot of office buildings around here with carpets and upholstery. By office building I mean a building that is rented out by a management company to various tenants such as doctors, dentists, lawyers, accountants, financial planners etc. My question is if these people in the office building want to get their carpets or upholstery cleaned, are they free to choose whatever cleaner they want? Or does the property management company have a contract with a cleaner that the tenants must use if they want carpet or upholstery cleaning? |
