I'm new here...recently laid off.. I want to make some extra cash..kinda tired of trucking..
 might be newbie question..but could I purchase a decent portable machine/start up package for $3000? I kinda wanted to test the waters in my area I have over 10grand in savings,for emergencys/advertising,etc..
