I admit that Hinja with 2 3-stage vacuums will do its job just fine when parked on the main floor and you work on the upper with 50 ft hoses.. Will it be enough suction when you work in the basement with the machine placed on the main floor using 50 ft hoses?

Get a cross-american vac booster and you can do it. Even if you had to take one machine up stairs, the small light-weight cross-american is all you will take upstairs and the Ninja with it's dirty water tank remains downstairs. Buy another 100' of hose and solution hose.
