hot water extraction vs. Low moisture cleaning (bonnet,padding etc.)
what is your vote for the best all around method??
I vote for HWE
although I'm thinking about a jiggler machine from Padman |

HWE is definately more versatile in that you can do many more different types of jobs water damage etc.

Padding sure is better if your doing a few thousand sq ft in the winter.. at least you don't have to run miles of hose.. or carry water to a portable |

I'm going to tell you all a story that everyone will think I'm crazy to do what I did, or that I'm full of crap, but this is a true story. There is a company here in Longueil on the South Shore of Montreal called Hasbro Industries, you all know it, it's the toy company.........I had a monthly contract to do the hallways and showroom carpets, and because of an idea that was bothering me for a while in the back of my head I decided to try it out........I took powered TSP and used a regular house vacuum disconected the vac hose and just agitated in the fibres, left it while I cleaned the offices and after 3 hours vacuumed it all up and it looked great, so there you go........
