You will never stub your toe standing still. The faster you go, the more STEPS, the more chance there is of stubbing your toe, but the more chance you have of getting somewhere. LOL

I suppose that I should have mentioned that I charge extra for steps.

John, how much water do your bonnets hold? I've tried this before, but I didn't think that it really took out much water. Thanks in advance. Some guys around here also call the pre-inspection a step, as well as the post-clean walk through with the customer as another step. I'm sure that with a bit of thought, you could easily come up with a 12 step program for carpet cleaners??? Cheers, Allen |

It's all good buddy, I respect you. Your the only one that knows the situation at your job and i know you and we all do our best. Otherwise some of us would of been out of biz a long time ago. The market usually deletes the shoddy operators. Mr.Steamer my original post wasn't to offend you. I was just curious of the 2 step proccess and sometimes that's all that is necessary. no disrespect to you buddy. A good conversationalist is not who remembers what was said, but who says what someone wants to remember. LOL |

I meant fellas plural, what steamer and padman said. I know padmans method. nothing new to me. And he's super great at it. I've seen his pics. A great method of cleaning.
