Steamer those are bedroom prices. 20 bucks for traffic  lanes with no furniture moving.  Your are doing living rooms for 20 bucks.  Not me.  2 rooms for 40 bucks no way.  PS quit calling me during the day when my machine is making money.

Still in my short time CC'ing I think I've made GREAT!!!money!!!... subbing or doing what ever... I have never been broke always something coming in... a check from a commercial job, some one calls you for a quickie.

The way to make it in life is cash flow... as long as the cash is flowing you'll be alright

Mr. Steamer: Our prices are not that far off except for the room cleaning. A standard 7' couch starts @$75. $10.50 plf 5' loveseat starts @$55. Chair with no arm $35. to $40. Arm chair or reclyner start  @$ 50. I have a $60.00 min. that cleans up to 200 sq. ft. For op cleaning we are cleaning a house on Sat. for I think $0.40 a sq. ft. She never even questioned the amount it was booked before I went to fFlorida.  We are finding that $0.30 per sq ft is not enough with the price of everything. By the way I was getting $60.00 for a three cushion couch 20 years ago???Guitar

After getting over the confusing issue of your post... I see that your prices are no higher than mine... hmmm  I to charge 20 dollars a room... I charge 60 for a Sofa... 50 for a love seat 35 for a chair.... I too sell gard at 50% and deo at 25%

I'm running a spring special 2 rooms for $40

I charge a hall as a full area...

Waldo our prices are about the same....hmmmm I guess you couldn't get fjorking prices either...

there are 200 carpet cleaners in my area... I have to get these people to choose me....I'm not lowballing   I'm just balling

Steamy Just like  the quote I gave you on the phone.  20 bucks for each bedroom traffic area-if there are no walk in closets.  10 bucks for the hallway.  2 dollars a step.  Then you called back while I was in the middle of a job.  You asked about a sofa 65 bucks, 50 bucks for the love seat and 25 for the chair.  When you called back in the middle of the job again.  I told you to call me back as I was cleaning.  By the way after I got off the phone with you I sold protector to the job I was on.  By the way if you want protector half the cost of cleaning for the above quote.  Have a nice day Steamey.  By the way I hope your wife is feeling better as you told me she was in the hospital.
