The bypass is on your machine. Apparently the water is not soft enough??

Your bypass oriface is plugged. Take the screen out clean it then take the oriface out and clean it. Mine takes an allan key. Are you using soft water? I check mine every once and awhile. I carry soft water so very little chance of it clogging. |

I run a Prochem blazer. This happened to me twice. If I let the truck run for a while with out spraying water out of the wand , the unit will shut off. Then it will not start up until, I shut off the water comming from the hose and taking the hose out of the unit. I wait a few minutes and it starts up then. I did notice that when it happened today the little water tank that is to the right of the unit was blowwing out steam from the hole in top of the black plastic lid. Does that little tank act like a radiator? Any input would be helpful.
