Emergency Please help!

   I run a pro-chem blazer and started up the unit, it ran for about 5-10 seconds, then it shut off. When I looked at it, I noticed that the eta breaker was popped out.  I pushed it back in to reset, and it would not reset. It keeps popping back out. 

Could the breaker be bad? should i just buy a new breaker? Any help will be appreciated.

	I bought it used. I gutted it out Friday and I am rebuilding it I should have it done by friday. Im just waiting on a few parts to come in by mail.
