Just completed corridors on 2X 13 story buildings with op, they were impressed, still have to tm in the summer though.

Yes, it could be an issue if someone got hurt, we try our best to put caution tape up across each access point entering the stairwell, and secure the hoses every 5 floors or at each connection point. Lately we have been having good luck with OP`ing apartments, the supers love it, especially on quick turnovers or transfers within the building. and no setup.. |

I go up to 13 floors with a tm, off the balcony, or in stairwell, any else, op or porty.

I used to, but only if there was two guys on a truck. It would also depend on the building. Portables were usually just as fast without the chance of problems.
 Had a pressure line let go once when I was cleaning solo,not good.
