Anything that turns 175 rpm and is in good condition will work fine.

Tile and Grout is easier than floor refinishing, and more profitable on an hourly basis as well.

Though not an equipment question, I will answer this for you anyway. "Dark Matter" is that portion of matter that can't be seen, because it emits no light. It is believed to comprise over 90% of all matter in the universe. It like all other matter is in motion, expanding outward after the beginning of the "Big Bang". Speed can only be calculated when comparing the position of one body compared to that of another, so since it is impossible to see dark matter's "Doppler Shift" in relation to the Earth, this is a value that cannot be calculated.
