If a carpet is very dirty I do not think your system will clean it, in fact I know it wont. The website is very nice. Go out and buy a portable extractor at least.

I experimented with dry compound carpet cleaning and did not get good results. It is OK for an interim cleaning but over all is about the least effective method for carpet cleaning. HWE, bonnet, OP all outperform the dry compound process.

These days a professional carpet cleaner needs to offer more than one cleaning solution because every situation is different. If you've been doing this for a while then you probably have already realized that.

Get a good portable, a OP or Bonnet machine and use them when the situation requires restorative cleaning. Your customers will be happier when their carpets are cleaned properly...this is more important to them that the process you use...and you can use GREEN cleaners with all these cleaning processes.

You will get more referals by getting the carpets as clean as possible.

"Dry-Cleaning" would be considered: "Cosmetic Cleaning" at best.

It is only used basically, for carpet maintenance rather than for Carpet Cleaning.

Actually guys the method we use deeps cleans the carpet. The brushing method along with the cleaner get's out stains and never causes wick back due to water methods. Also we don't have any dry time and no water get's under the mat, on the floor, etc.

We have done many tests and lab tests and found our method actually works better than steam cleaning. There is NEVER any mold or mildew build up and we can offer all processes in ONE low cost.

We have actually ben in business over 8 years and we get call backs every 6 months. Most people who use steam cleaning then our dry cleaning always stick with the dry cleaning method.

BTW I agree, some dry compounds are horrible and DO NOT work, but we found a new product that is clearly amazing and cleans better than anything out there.

I notice that the carpet that youre cleaning on your website is NOT dirty at all. It actually looks like new carpet to me...

NOw, prove that you can hang with the Big boys and post a video that actually show you cleaning a heavily soiled carpet. Prove that your method "Cleans better than anything out there".

These tests that youve claim to have done. Can you elaborate a little more about it?? What TM,,Chemical,and/or process did you compare it with to get to your conclusion??

Btw, HOw would you treat Urine contamination or Blood??? Just scrub it in and vacuum??

Im not tryin to knock on ya...But, Claiming that it's the best method out there seems far fetched to me.

Ps- Youre website is top notch though.

I'd love to see the results of your lab test...go ahead...convince me.

I'm familiar with the Vorwerk product you use and I can assure you that it will not clean the carpets as effectively as hot water extraction will. I've tried it...I know. Too often you have to come up with excuses as to why stains and traffic lanes don't come 100% clean.
I'm not saying it doesn't have usefullness in certain situations...but you cannot be a professional carpet cleaner and use it 100% of the time...you will not get professional results. There is a reason it is considered an interim method by most carpet mills and professionals in the industry.

I'm in no way attacking your system...I'm just trying to help you become a better carpet cleaner. Just like others on this board have done for me. Do yourself a favor and take some courses and get educated...at the very least take the IICRC carpet cleaning technician course...it's worth the time and effort.

overall I like the site.

If I called for house cleaning I would expect the lady to arrive dressed exactly as on the web site though.

Sure I'll get some videos together for you. Basically trying to say that you don't need to spend $30,000 on a huge machine and lots of equipment. You can spend $1500, get a startup going and clean just as good. Plus I only take in one machine and a vacuum + cleaner to all appointments. =)

Urine.... if it's still wet we soak up what is left first. You can put the dry (white) powder on top of the urine and it actually draws it all out in about 20 mins. If the urine is dry the powder and the machine still pulls it out, the white powder turns yellow and we use an injector to kill off any bacteria. Most people are VERY happy about our pet stain removal because it doesn't wet it and make the stain larger and there is NEVER any smell once we leave.
