I'm familiar with the Vorwerk product you use and I can assure you that it will not clean the carpets as effectively as hot water extraction will. I've tried it...I know. Too often you have to come up with excuses as to why stains and traffic lanes don't come 100% clean.
I'm not saying it doesn't have usefullness in certain situations...but you cannot be a professional carpet cleaner and use it 100% of the time...you will not get professional results. There is a reason it is considered an interim method by most carpet mills and professionals in the industry.

I'm in no way attacking your system...I'm just trying to help you become a better carpet cleaner. Just like others on this board have done for me. Do yourself a favor and take some courses and get educated...at the very least take the IICRC carpet cleaning technician course...it's worth the time and effort.

We have also found out that the Vorwerk product does not clean as well and I agree with you about heavier traffic areas not coming as clean. We use a different product now and quit using the Vorwerk product.

Actually guys the method we use deeps cleans the carpet. The brushing method along with the cleaner get's out stains and never causes wick back due to water methods. Also we don't have any dry time and no water get's under the mat, on the floor, etc.

We have done many tests and lab tests and found our method actually works better than steam cleaning. There is NEVER any mold or mildew build up and we can offer all processes in ONE low cost.

We have actually ben in business over 8 years and we get call backs every 6 months. Most people who use steam cleaning then our dry cleaning always stick with the dry cleaning method.

BTW I agree, some dry compounds are horrible and DO NOT work, but we found a new product that is clearly amazing and cleans better than anything out there.

This sounds like Chem Dry's sales pitch

Nah not chem dry (ewww) our product works better than there product does. =)

I want to see a video of somebody cleaning carpets that have been soiled with stains and soil that have been in the carpet for 2 years or more. Also I have never been called to a house while the urine is still wet. How about cleaning urine staines that are 6 months old. Shake your dust and your 1950 push vac on another board. You should be embarassed to post that here.

There's no way that you can clean dirty olefin with absorbent powder...doesn't matter what brand...I've tried them all...some are slightly better than others, however the all over promise and under deliver.

I picked up a commercial account that someone had been cleaning with Host and some type of pre-spray for 5 years. The carpet was so dirty it was shameful...this customer had been paying top dollar for poor results. I pulled out a lot of residual powder and the customer could not believe how good the carpets looked after I was done.

Miracle cleaner...I do agree with Steamer...if it's working for you... go ahead... If you really want to become the best cleaner you can be...expand your tools available to you and take some courses.

He has a nice website.....why do we care what he uses to clean with.... In my area I love guys like him....means more business for me....LOL

btw my website never brought me in one call on it's own....a big waste of time IMO......to much junk already on the net to surf through.

if you have to refer people to your website...better just talk to them on the phone...direct contact is a lot better

Very true, we have to use a different product on olefin. Also Host does not work at all, it's a very BAD product. The product we use is much better than Host. I'm working on getting a local steamer to come over and do a sample testing on some carpet. We will do part with the stamer and the other part with our product method and get the results for you all. =)

Your website does not bring in enough business because it is not setup right. If you go to www.google.com or www.yahoo.com or www.msn.com and search for "carpet cleaning raleigh" without the quotes you will see us listed on the front page. We get over 150 visitors a day and more than 30 appointments each week.

I do NO phone book advertisement and pay nothing to advertise my business, I only use my Internet skills and get that much business.
