trust me the deo thing will work...it helps to build confedence....

keep me posted....just sell deo....

basments need it because of drying time...
pets manditory so not to spread germs through the carpet
baby's small kids always on the floor....

most cleaners over look the easy sale of deo and go for gard.... customers are a harder sell on gard...but melt like butter on deo...

I have the track record to prove it....

doing this crap since 1991 spent over 12 years at sears

it's also all how you phrase it...

I call it...

Deodorize & Disinfect odor causing bacteria....
no mention of mytes or pests...

if you want to make it sound great...I always say..I'm going to also add a deodorizing rinse....

that means a little deo run through the chemical feed
