I've got a dog, I've got a cat, I've got 1/2 a truckmount, but don't know where it's at....... What a bunch of smart A$$e$ we are .

everyone runs their business different.
I like lots of calls 4 or 5 a day more if really busy...
no crew just me...
I love the work out.....get rock hard abs

I have two part time workers, Do some jobs myself. Have at least 10-15 major accounts that pay the bills, they are monthly or bi monthly accounts.
I have established a good referral relationship with a high end furniture carpet / Interior design company. This gives me very nice high end business ( this took 5 years to develop) . Along with lots of loyal customers, I keep as busy as I want to be. Sorry , no big secrets here. |

Im a one man operation and I usually do 2-3 a day. I try to keep it under 4 jobs a day whenever I can.

2 truck operation, one doing commercial, one doing residential, we try to get 8 hours of commercial and 3-5 jobs residential, sometimes more/less on both.

It is better on gas. With that van we have 2 portableson board that is used for apartments and area rug pick-ups/drop-offs or to help support commercial. |
