What an extraodinary question. I don't believe any "normal" carpet cleaner has EVER  seen fit to ask such a question.  All but one, simply post as themselves, saying what they believe to be true, posting in their "own style".

Is their any point in having a conversation with someone that you know is factual,  80%, 50% of the time or worse yet NEVER.  How these options can even be contemplated by a Manufacturer is simply beyond the comprehesion of anyone except a Psychiatrist or a

Lunatic.

Since it's not an option you give, I'll tell you what I'd vote for:

   Seldom 

or better yet -

  Never.
