I just got of the phone with a customer who decided to use a different service. This is after I spent 25 min on the phone with her this morning... One of the few times I felt like a customer was a dumb@ss, and at the end as she was hanging up she heard me say "what a dumb@ss" LOL Shouldnt have done that, but I was so annoyed, she wanted to know what scams to look out for and how I could help her in her situation... She asked about those 5.95 a room guys and several other questions. At the end of our first conversation, she said she would check her scedule and call me since I caught her in her car, in 30 min to scedule. I call back and she tells me she went with the cheaper guys... Maybe this is how she owns that 3600 sq ft house... Any way, those guys are annoying and I just wanted to vent, I have other work so no problem, just had to vent about these guys. Any suggestions you guys have for beating these guys on the phone and getting the appointment would be appreciated. |

Let it go man. Life's too short. You'll find all kinds of good paying, referral generating customers if you do good work. It just takes a while.

I agree with Cmaster.........Phoenix.........that lady will be sorry she didn't pick you and who needs customers like that anyways. I am surprised she spent that much time on the phone with you knowing that she was shopping...........Inconciderate Witch.

Oh I know, I just got really annoyed, got o ver it 3 minutes later, just that she spent so much time on the phone and then getting advice thatn goes against all of it. Just a dumb customer... LOL
