Some pretty good ideas...seems a little mom and pop...but the consumer is actually swinging that way so they can get good service.

You know, it's kind of crazy, but I think that picture works. Women are usually making the call for carpet cleaning in residential cleaning. They see the guy with his wife and it makes a good impression. I remember when Al Gore was campaigning and gave his wife a big kiss at the end of a big debate. The polls showed that his approval rating went off the charts with women viewers.
Now imagine a woman making a call to ask a stranger to come an spend a couple of hours in her house. Who's she going to call? He just needs to look a little less casual. Edited by FriendlyHammer - 23/August/2007 at 8:22am |
