Last month I did 850sft wood floor. Sand off what poly was left, clean, prep and 1 coat oak stain, 2 coats of poly $1000.00 |

I am doing my first friday and the bid is $650 for 225 sq. ft. which is two beds and a hall. I have done practice work on my moms place and am hoping for the same result friday.

The last one I did was in 1999. 4500 sq ft., labour and equipment only, $10,000

1st day Sanding,prep and stain took about 4hrs. 2nd day and 1 coat poly about 1hr, 3rd day for 2nd coat polyurethane. Another hour. On the job about 6hrs.
