Since it's been quiet...I decided to mail out some flyers to new customers...
I do all the printing and folding stamping and licking...some times you miss a step...Like putting the stamp on...well.......
I didn't know if there is no stamp they keep it at the post office and send you one of those registered mail cards...
anyways the customer got one of those cards...he went to pick up his mail..it cost him 1.08...he opens it and finds out it's my flyer...
he's pissed...LOL
He sent me a nasty letter and the bill..
The letter said" Earl Please Don't waste my f**kING time with your bus. Do not send me any mail"..
what should I do????
send a gift certificate for the movies..?
send him a cheque for the 1.08????
Call him on the phone kiss his ass???
chuck the letter and move on????
