Anyone know of good litarature on how to handle growth in your business, our company just signed a contract which includes eleven apartment complexes 100 units apiece state wide. Which means one truck know goes to at least 3 or would it be best to use well trained subs?!?! all opinions are welcome.

Watch that you can afford your receiables. Subs expect to be paid promptly when you have to wait. Check out your liability exposure.
