tile-grout cleaning & sealing we charge $1.50-$2.50 sq ft with a $100.00 min

It kills me how people will pay $1.50 and up for tile and grout but no where near that for carpet??

do you guys seal the grout by hand????
whats the best way to appy sealer to the grout...I have a roller...but some times you get sealer on the tile it self...I would like to avoid all the clean up |

We're going to try a grout stick which is a roller. They tell me it's all about controlling the flow
