At least not in the GTA. Here we had almost reached that point. Than people from the cities realized there was still one place left in Ontario that had not chewed up and spit out.

I know you don't thats why I asked.... I believe in -in-home... low in high out.... when will you learn doug.... Rip OFF's and UPSTEAL is what makes the world go round... I know guys that charge for grooming the carpet... and for stain removal above the cleaning...

I don't do that over the phone oh Great one. Unlike you I do very little selling over the phone. That is why I offer no surprises like so many of the big guyes????

John: I usually to attempt to explain what I am going to do to keep them within their budget. Like traffic areas instead of moving everything. maybe just clean the areas that need attention instead of areas that can wait. Try to justify why my price is what it is and why.If everything fails I guess they had better go with Sears and have their bank account cleaned along with their carpets. I quite often ask people being from a small area just what they ended up paying the low ball room cleaning champs. I am still waiting for an answer from anyone. I guess that is answer enough.
