Plugging in was never a problem, ever. In fact, since we were not paying for the electric energy, it made it that much sweeter in our actual cost per square foot.

15 amps across the board if your lucky... only laundry...heating ...stove and AC get anything bigger 30 amps.. if it's an older apt your lucky if the fuses are 10 amps |

F.Y.I. from an ex- electrician and the N.EC. A dining room circuit is a
20 amp. Halls, bedrooms and lighting are on a 15 amp. Kitchens
are on a 20 amp but as we all know they are G.F.C.I. protected.
So when I run my pile lifter or rx20 I always draw from the dining
area. I hope this helps

One in the wall on the kitchen counter ( the one with the biggest draw) one to the stove, one in the LR. I'm a 3 cord guy and NEVER have problems.
