Hand out the flyers to the type of places you want to clean. I would hand them out to homes myself. If you do a good job, homes will give you more word of mouth marketing |

Well I have 3 employees and myself. I am going to be doing the carpet cleaning and the three other guys will be doing the pressure washing. Being that I am in NYC the pressure washing is only from may to September. |

Hello I started a power washing company this past summer and it was quite successful. I made nice 6x9 flyers and handed them out to homes in my area people called me right away. I decided to add carpet & upholstery cleaning to my businees. I made 6x9 full color flyers and I am ready to hand them out. My questions are: Do I hand out my flyers more to private homes or concentrate on Co-ops and condos that I know require carpets in them? Who has carpets more often people who live in private houses or people in co-ops and or apartment buildings thank you very much
