If the last cleaner was a low baller then you have the option to say...........fine that's a good price.........stay with him........thank the customer for his time and walk away.............either way you're gonna lose the deal I, myself have a different approach with my customers, but then again I only take large maintenance contracts and only take cash jobs for carpet cleaning . What if the last cleaner was a low baller??? Then what?!! You'll price yourself right outta business or not make any money off that job. Just make a couple of calls around to your local competitors and get a feel for what they're chargin in your area. |

Montreal prices vary from .10/sq.foot to .17 if you're lucky.........if you need the work, ask your customer to show you what he last paid and you'll beat it by 15 or 20% as an introductary offer. Nightrider |

Here is the job description. 1,600 sq ft office space. The carpet is 4 years old normal wear and tear. Its more so dirty by the front door of course. What should I charge per square foot. What is the going rate to clean an office 1,600 sq ft.
Thanks as always |
