Ah, well . . . I don't know what kind of equipment you have. After hwe, I pad every job. I'd probably put extra effort into the padding step there, but I don't know if that's an option for you.

My question was because I barely got hired to clean the Arrowhead Spring water offices and they have very, very bad traffic lanes and according to the manager every time it gets cleaned it tends to wick back up. And I want to prove her wrong.

Depends how dirty it is. If there's a lot of soiling, I'll probably hwe then use encapsulation on subsequent visits. Xerion with a 300+ RPM buffer is a great thing.

What's the best method for commercial office carpet cleaning? HWE, Bonnet, or Shampoo/Steam Clean
