My Valpack experiment was a real bust. Doorhangers have been way more cost-effective for me, along with LeTip and Chamber of Commerce. I never wanted to do coupons, and I should've stuck to that.

i bought my tm used and it was already installed in the van. i paid 12000 for a 2002 ford e250 and a spitfire 4.0 with 1600 hours on it. all the other misc things are what you have to plan for. uniforms, insurance, lettering the van, business cards, fliers, advertising, chemicals, magnets, glides, extra sh*t just in case something breaks while on the job, faucet adapters, portable, bucket heater, the list goes on and on. so far im in the hole about 25000 and i just did my first job...ahh now the dig out of hole!! im excited!!

and also did you buy a prepackaged deal with the truck or did you part it together yourself.  Also it seems that the hydramaster and prochem units are very popular on this board....what is the average price paid for these units in the medium model price range?

Thanks in advance
