I'm only success full because I don't mind putting my balls on the chopping block and work...work work!!!
 
I really don't like to elaborate too much becuase I might discourage.
 
My experience might not be the same for you....you might be able to make it work where I failed

I think this is enough elaboration. Steamer hit all the major reasons for NOT doing janitorial services. In our opinion it is a PITA. Ouch

When I did Janitorial I had to get the AB and C myself... there where no forums to get free info from...
