Steamer most cleaners on the other end of the line can't answer the question thats's where bull baffles brains comes in to play?

they want a live person...not press 1 or 2 or 3...most times as soon as they hear that crap they press zero for a live operator.
 
and the answering service route kinda sucks...some people want info or to book right away.....they get mad when the person on the other end can't answer any questions
