I do buy stocks that cost under a buck. Usually but a thousand shares at a time. Right now I have three that are good and one that went crap. I haven't checked on the crappy one recently. CEC on the Venture exchange. i hold on to it and hope.
I recommend following BNN TV (its the old ROB-TV) to get the straight goods. |

The thing with penny stocks is...they can fold as easily as they double or tripple...High risk for loss of investment
