I have both the original Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning as well as On Location Upholstery & Drapery Cleaning. I found both online in November 2005.
Great for a base of knowledge in carpet cleaning. A Business Degree provides the best in business sense for most, these manuals will never do that. Been busy lately with taking care of business. |

You could also get Jeff Cross's manuals and tips. They are good for building a solid foundation of knowledge. Wisdom, that comes from experience.
