Kenny..............is Greenie allowed to sell their glides




Jack, the answer to that question is no. They were found guilty of infringement in the Utah court on February 7th, 2007. They are attempting to appeal. Their sales continue during the appeal period. Once that appeal is lost, their sales will be stopped by court injunction and they will not be able to make or sell glides in the USA, Canada, the UK, or Australia. HR has their patent in all those countries now. All other producers of glides will be stopped as well when they get their turn in court, or by complience of the patents when they see that they will throw good money after bad to fight it. Remember that HR got a couple of BILLION dollars when they sold off Chemdry to Home Depot a year ago. They have plenty of money to litigate this case and any others till they win it.Certainly way more than any of the glide producers have to defend the case against them.

The day where ONLY my fullsize SuperSlide glides can be sold in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia for the next 12 years is coming soon, but is not quite here yet. I have been waiting 3.5 years to get to that point. A few more months wait will not matter much. I am picking up new distributors every week that know who's glides will be selling in their stores soon enough.

What makes you think it will be resolved that soon?

What makes you think that you exclusively "might" have a deal?
