I think they both work out in the end...we make more on smaller areas...you make more on bigger areas.. Anywho....that job is a great shot in the arm to get things rolling... 3 jobs this morning and now I'm done for the day |

I could see why anyone would balk at over $1100.00 for deo. what's an area???It sounds like a Pizza Hut advertisement 5 bucks 5 bucks 5 bucks? This is why I do not believe that this per area cleaning is above board?

but very nasty...condoms...beer caps...and hair everywhere.....I took out over 100lbs of crap out the strainers over 3 days...and I had to wash the tanks out today to get rid of the sludge...
we ran 2 crews...now I have to pay 3 other guys..and I'm left with the clean up... They Think $5 per area for deo is too much...I don't think so.... 228 areas total...and I orginally charged $45 bucks per house for pre-vac but lowered it to 20.. it wasn't bad for 3 days work...but with some it would of cost much more... at least I think...they want a volume discount...so I gave them back $1000 bucks... |

Steamer how many sq. ft. and steps in each unit. I do them here for about a $150.00 each. we can do atleast 4 from one setup? The town houses must be alot bigger in the GTA. These are 2 bedrooms, stairs hall and lr the ones I do.

Steamer: Deo???? $20.00 per area for that??? I guess you don't want to be called back? Over a $100.00 per house for deo I would complain to. 2 hrs after your gone so is the sh*tty smell?Vac? $0.05 /sq.ft. is more than enough. I would charge more for the cleaning and less for the add ons. when the smell is worth as much or more than the cleaning we have a problem. I guess that is where we differ. Without removeing the source deo is like pi**ing into the lake?
