a hack?? what he hell i use my staitr tool to scrub it's steps for christ sake. almost as bad as a glide on an upholstery tool

You could use my Slide that works great for stairs!
Makes life so much easier! ( Just Slide it on your wand) no need to
get your stair tool!

i think it is expanded to 2" for a few inches all pro chem tools are 2"
