it's not about the right chemical....just doing the job right the first time. I hate to leave the customers house wondering if I could do more...

The right chemicals make a world of difference ....experience probably

I thnk some of you guys really exagerate when you attempt to describe just how dirty the carpets are you clean? I'am sorry but i just go and clean the god dam thing and that's it. when i'am done it is clean. ifs it dirty i just have to work alittle harder simple is it not.

it doesn't matter what you use if you don't know how to clean you will get the same results. agood cleaner does not makeup for lack of knowledge?
