Switched back to Rotary Shampoo and use the porty for extracting of stain treatments, tile and grout or where I want to offer clear water rinsing. Since the shampoo is a 7 ph no need to neutralize. No need for a TM, not interested in fire/water damage jobs.
Contrary to the rumors, shampoo doesn't leave behind residue. Polymer technology made sure of that. |

I like to say every system is both the best and the worst. It all comes down to technician over technique. I believe the people at IICRC think it is the other way around. Of course, they don't clean carpets which sorta makes their opinions shallow, lacking substance. |

My understanding of Bait and Switch is that if you advertise a product you don't have and then sell the customer on what you do have, that is illegal. Yet, if I get this right, if a company advertising something they do have (or have the ability to perform in our case) and move the customer to a better product or service with more power and features, that is not illegal but is referred to up-selling. But I am not a lawyer. I just heard that somewhere.
