He'll never get the job now....
 who cares about what the other guy charges, the bullsh*t on the red board when it comes to prices. 34,000 sq ft for around $2000 isn't that bad for commercial 6 cents per sq ft... Some even work for less.
Mike just over priced thats all LOL
I don't think 2000 is low balling

some you can get .20 per sq ft...doctors offices...dentist, CHURCHES most small businesses will pay...I get that np....mostly referrals from the residential customers. Bidding on a big job like a Hotel... 0.05 per sq ft is the norm aroiund here... the guys that get the jobs most times bid lower

This is the way I price it
commercial job minimum is $125... I don`t care if it`s a mat at the front door
0.25 per sq foot under 1000 sq ft
0.20 1000 to 2500
0.15 2500 to 4000
0.10 4000 to 10000
0.05 anything over 10000
I would of been less than Mikes low ballers
