I used to get .09 s/f for over 100,000 s/f to be cleaned twice a year (2004)

anything over 10,000 sq ft 5 cents is good and you get a service contract...4 cleanings a year...

This is the way I price it
commercial job minimum is $125... I don`t care if it`s a mat at the front door
0.25 per sq foot under 1000 sq ft
0.20 1000 to 2500
0.15 2500 to 4000
0.10 4000 to 10000
0.05 anything over 10000
I would of been less than Mikes low ballers

some you can get .20 per sq ft...doctors offices...dentist, CHURCHES most small businesses will pay...I get that np....mostly referrals from the residential customers. Bidding on a big job like a Hotel... 0.05 per sq ft is the norm aroiund here... the guys that get the jobs most times bid lower
