anything over 10,000 sq ft 5 cents is good and you get a service contract...4 cleanings a year...

I used to get .09 s/f for over 100,000 s/f to be cleaned twice a year (2004)
Could somebody just clean my carpets!

Yeah right. They get you to quote a low price based on quarterly and then only call you once a yearOuch

actually your right cmaster.  They get the lowest price and then cancel the rest of the cleaning.  You have to get a signed P.O. for the whole job

so you p.o the whole cost...then you let them pay in 3 or 4 installments along with the cleanings.  So at least you have a P.O. if they decide to cancel

Never had them cancel using a PO# system of theirs
 
If it was a good company it was built into their budget and you knew it!
