Very low pile commercial carpets are still best done with a glided RX20 IMO. But Rotovac is working on a commercial 360 now. I would wait for that if you can. If not, and the majority of your work is commercial, go with the RX20, with my glides on it. It really works well.

I looked at it, but there was mention that it may not be sutible for some commercial carpets, and the dry time is extensive...any thoughts

Yep.

Get a 360 machine. It will do all that, especially the residential stuff.

Wouldn't matter. Unless you are a franchisee, you can't use their stuff.

Just wondring what type of machine chem dry use...

I use a bonnet machine at the moment, but am looking for something with a bit more power, something that uses hot water, to get the real worn carpet clean, something that is portable, and something that will dry in a couple of hours...

any ideas guys an gals??
