JUST WANT SOME INPUT ON THE EASIEST WAY TO FILL WATER IN A PORTY? I HAVE A SMALL HOSE THAT I JUST PUT OVER A FAUCET AND RUN INTO THE PORTY. BUT THE HOSE DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK, AND I FIND MY SELF FILLING A BUCKET AND DUMPING IT INTO THE PORTY. |

Why doesn't the hose work? Get a short 4 foot garden hose from Wal mart and a $3 metal sink faucet adaptor from the hardware store.

There are only approx 2-3 most common sizes of adapters any household will require. Go to the hardware store and make a small investment (approx. $25.00-??) and purchase a variety of them. You'll be glad you did!
Problem Solved!

I agree with that! But at the same time my equipment is paid for! So i guess figuring out what is the best way to fill the porty is better than a $10,000 investment over my head wondering how i am going to make my next payment on my tm! hehe. So i think its a minor issue. |

Big deal a porty is not much of an investment ? I guess if you can't figure out how to get water to a porty a tm is definately out of your range?

Fill a jug then transfer the water to the machine. If you use a short hose, then you better stage right next to the water source. If you don't, then you'll have to wheel the porty over to it whenever you need a refill.

stuey, You dont even need the faucet adaptors. If you have a section of
1.5 vac hose cut off 4-5' and keep in your solution tank. Shove it up the
faucet head, hold it and fill er up.

You can fill the water by using metal sink faucet adaptor from the hardware store. This will ease your work.
