I am designing new hard surface cleaning tools for a major manufacturer and I am looking for end users to provide me some feedback. If you would like your experience considered in these new designs, please contact me. Your feedback is very valuable to me. If you are interested, I'd like to know which tools you currently use, truckmount or portable, and I have a survey which helps us prioritize the important user needs and show where the biggest opportunities for improvement over existing tools lie. The end result will be a better tool available to you all.
