Your right fella, all that isn't necessary when its faily new or not that old. And if it's near dry before you leave. Agitating, air movers , post-bonnet takes up more time.

John ... look at it this way... its better to say less and do more... if it's needed...... but if I do this on every call I would be wasting my time... say if the call didn't need all this it was new carpet .. I could get sued for false advertising 1.Pre-vac 2.Pre-spray, dwell 3.Agitate traffic area's 4. Extract (rinse) 5.Groom to open up fibers for faster drying 6. Air mover, post bonnet for even faster drying
I will do some of these thing if it's needed.... |

Vacuum, prespray, and then OP provides the agitation and the cotton pads provide the soil pickup, then vacuum again. Get check go home...

Unfortunately we don't all live in La La land. The real world constitutes what and how you have to do. If you are in a large population where you have to survive on volume cleaning this is unrealistic. Everybody does not have an exclusive high end customer base who want to pay just to have your truck parked in front of their house.

MR.Steamer, It's cool, 2-steps. It's your world up there. Superclean carpets, super happy custys. Your all good buddy. 1.Pre-vac 2.Pre-spray, dwell 3.Agitate traffic area's 4. Extract (rinse) 5.Groom to open up fibers for faster drying 6. Air mover, post bonnet for even faster drying Now, you have to charge more for all these steps, but you will get far superior results. Best, JL

I pre-treat with a hydro-force...and then clean...simple...the real secret is in "well trained customers"...they all now feel if I can't get it out, then it will not come out...they don't queston my work anymore...

Mr. Steamer, Took a peak at your web page and it looks really nice. Just wondering aren't you skipping or skimping on your processes? 2 step process -- prespray -- rinse. That's it????
