Steamer those are bedroom prices. 20 bucks for traffic  lanes with no furniture moving.  Your are doing living rooms for 20 bucks.  Not me.  2 rooms for 40 bucks no way.  PS quit calling me during the day when my machine is making money.

Back then I paid I think $3500 for the turn key business.  I got the van all equipment and all the headakes.  Back then I made money.

Mr. Steamer: Our prices are not that far off except for the room cleaning. A standard 7' couch starts @$75. $10.50 plf 5' loveseat starts @$55. Chair with no arm $35. to $40. Arm chair or reclyner start  @$ 50. I have a $60.00 min. that cleans up to 200 sq. ft. For op cleaning we are cleaning a house on Sat. for I think $0.40 a sq. ft. She never even questioned the amount it was booked before I went to fFlorida.  We are finding that $0.30 per sq ft is not enough with the price of everything. By the way I was getting $60.00 for a three cushion couch 20 years ago???

Always better always faster, now at least he is competing with others, before each week he was competing with himself...LOL

Steamy Just like  the quote I gave you on the phone.  20 bucks for each bedroom traffic area-if there are no walk in closets.  10 bucks for the hallway.  2 dollars a step.  Then you called back while I was in the middle of a job.  You asked about a sofa 65 bucks, 50 bucks for the love seat and 25 for the chair.  When you called back in the middle of the job again.  I told you to call me back as I was cleaning.  By the way after I got off the phone with you I sold protector to the job I was on.  By the way if you want protector half the cost of cleaning for the above quote.  Have a nice day Steamey.  By the way I hope your wife is feeling better as you told me she was in the hospital.
