Mr. Steamer: Our prices are not that far off except for the room cleaning. A standard 7' couch starts @$75. $10.50 plf 5' loveseat starts @$55. Chair with no arm $35. to $40. Arm chair or reclyner start @$ 50. I have a $60.00 min. that cleans up to 200 sq. ft. For op cleaning we are cleaning a house on Sat. for I think $0.40 a sq. ft. She never even questioned the amount it was booked before I went to fFlorida. We are finding that $0.30 per sq ft is not enough with the price of everything. By the way I was getting $60.00 for a three cushion couch 20 years ago???

Back then I paid I think $3500 for the turn key business. I got the van all equipment and all the headakes. Back then I made money.

Still in my short time CC'ing I think I've made GREAT!!!money!!!... subbing or doing what ever... I have never been broke always something coming in... a check from a commercial job, some one calls you for a quickie. The way to make it in life is cash flow... as long as the cash is flowing you'll be alright |

Steamer those are bedroom prices. 20 bucks for traffic lanes with no furniture moving. Your are doing living rooms for 20 bucks. Not me. 2 rooms for 40 bucks no way. PS quit calling me during the day when my machine is making money.

wasn't me... why would I want to waste my time calling you???? I don't move any furniture...why??? because I book the calls myself... I tell them move their crap and Vac please... they always do... I never had a problem...
