I have teeth so I'm not speaking from experience, but I've had some pretty tender steaks and roasts.

Cooking is not my specialty. I try to cook steak but I never really know if it will be tender or tough until I sink these babies into it.

Look for the marbling in the meat when you are at the grocery store or buy from a good butcher shop.

Marbling is the white lines through the meat. I guess it is fat. Take a close look at a steak next time you are shopping.
